I've been training at BAM Fitness Gym for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Me and my brother do private sessions with Nick, one of the trainers there, and he's been nothing short of excellent. What I really appreciate about Nick is how attentive and adaptable he is. He takes the time to assess how I'm feeling each session and adjusts the workout accordingly-whether I'm feeling strong and ready to push harder or need a more recovery-focused day, he always finds the right balance.
